Did my car battery finally die?

It is most likely the battery you might have ran the battery so low that even with a jump it Still just doesn't have enough juice to start. you should try charging the battery for a while and see if anything comes on after that. By taking it to the parts store they will be able to test the cylinders inside the battery though and tell you if it is just no good any more
