How do you put pressure on the Government to focus on mining especially gold mining in your area?

My name is Nigel Goldsworthy I live in Goldendale Washington what i feel is the last true blood mining town. What i noticed is our new county commissioner the resent man who won is a republican and historically has not been to favorable towards mining towns. Our mining towns are scrapping by on bare bones and they need as much as they can get. For instance Goldendale Washington you know how many people live there? Me its just Nigel Goldsworthy and if i could get Obama to do anything it would include mountain mining removal and get the gold out of these hills cause im telling you its gold in these hills but nobody believes me. Everyone tells me Goldsworthy you crazy nobody believes me but i know it is.
