Pregnant? A ? for pregnant women...?

This is for all the already pregnant girls... Besides a missed period what was the first sign that made you think you were pregnant? I'm always tired and it started about two weeks ago. March i spotted for a couple hours and that was it and it was like a light pink. Feb i had a three day spotty period and so far april is a no show. Ive noticed im peeing more and im moody as well. Please help me out.
