Does photoshop cs2 cooperate with Windows Vista?

I tried download photoshop cs2 on my new laptop and only the trial works. But when I try to enter the serial number it says I need administrator privileges, but I'm the administrator and there's no other accounts on here since it's a new laptop and just mine. Please help?
