So i have scene hair.?

i got my hair cut to be a scene cut, and i tease it, and everything but i cant get it to look scene! likee, i have natrual dirty blonde hair and am NOT ALOUD TO DYE IT, and i am ordering coon tail extensions tonight so i will look kindaa different. i straighten my hair and flip out my ends of the layers. im not sure if i should do that or not. so just HELP!
