Pleae help me ???

I need a little help please... MY 3 year old wants a zoey costume for Halloween and I have looked everywhere online I found Elmo, cookie monster, and big bird and stores around in my area I don’t sew well at all I don’t even have a machine and I asked her if she wanted to be anything else I even showed her pictures on line.. Does anyone know where I can find a zoey costume?Thank you
