Very light bleeding instead of period, what could it be....? Help me find answers asap please....?

okay last month i had a one day spotty period on june 1st, on june 27th i started spotting again. its now july 6th and im still spotting. not enough for me to use more than one pad a day. but is pinkish and orange colored very unusual for my periods to be irregular. Cant get an appt right away so i would like to get any advice as soon as i can.. the internet hasnt been useful research at all....
