What color house would YOU buy?

I'd probably like the grey best, with black shingles, but then the colour of the paint on the outside isn't high on my list of important things to look for when buying a house. If it's 3 storeys high and the upper portions are done in screaming orange, maybe it would bother me, otherwise I'd be more concerned that whatever paint it has is in good shape so it wouldn't be a big deal to change the colour when I got around to it. For resale, my guess is that the tan is your best bet. Lighter colours make the house look bigger.
