When we die is it the end?

I am male and 17 and a athiest and I believe that when I die I am dead. I am afraid to die because I want to live forever. I believe in a multiverse theory so I could die and reincarnated in another universe. So I have a fear of death and I don't want to die at all. I don't want any rude or mean answers I don't want to be converted to. I would like to know what all religions believe in when they die besides Christianity.
