Where Can i Download 360 Games Installed to a Usb?

well my oblivion is scratched to where it reconizes the cd but cant play so i need to install to a usb so i can play but i cant install it beacuse its unreadable can someone upload there oblivion that has been installed to a usb i have a 250gb usb so space isint a problem
